Eastbridge is one of New Zealand’s leading heavy steel fabrication companies supplying steel bridges across the country. Reporting has been undertaken of the 36 girders making up the Peacocke’s Bridge, providing a new crossing across the Waikato River in Hamilton. Services provided included;
- Laser scan of each individual girder
- Best fit calculations of resulting point cloud to design 3d model
- Heat map style reporting enabling customer interaction with 3d model, point cloud and reported data for quality assurance purposes
- Supply of software and files for quality assurance purposes, client side
