In collaboration with Gemco and Red Steel, services were provided to enable first time fit steel fabrication, along with similar services for the glass roof, services included;
- Control establishment enabling setout of 3d models from Tekla design software
- Laser Scan of laneway prior to design to enable coordination of model and site
- Setout of design bolt and plate locations from 3d model on adjoining walls
- Checks run to ensure design model results from point cloud data were fit for purpose
- Survey of steel boss location on top of steel structure to enable first time fit fabrication of glass roof
- All structures installed without need for rework, trimming of steel, manipulation of glass panels
