In collaboration with MCL Construction, Watts and Hughes Construction, and Strata Group Engineers, construction survey services are being provided to both stages of this large development covering a site area of 5.6ha including;
- Site establishment of Cadastral boundaries and Control
- Layout of all items required for foundation and cast in items
- Bolt checks over all 1.5ha of site enabling steel erection as per design
- Utilisation of 3d model files from design software for setout and visualisation purposes
- Laser Scan of entire facility for digital twin purposes
- Rentable area survey based on scan of facility
